FABLE ICE CREAM /

Fable Ice Cream is a local beloved business in Saskatoon. They use organic milk and cane sugar, and source as many ingredients as possible from local farmers, makers, and producers. We designed their new location to reflect the story of ice cream but using hand-dipped tiles, sugary maple plywood and candy colours. A large mural helps set the whimsical tone against the grid of the service counter. Various seating of banquettes, bistros and chairs makes it a friendly and accessible place to hang out while enjoying the goods.
