This house is an infill project with rear views to the river. The building features large curtain wall glass on the facade and rear. A tall stone wall intersects the front glass and cedar soffits extend from the exterior in to the second floor ceiling. The mechanical systems employ both geo-thermal and solar-thermal for heating and cooling.
